The New “Look Your Best Naked” Exercise And Diet Program

Whether it is at the beach or in your bedroom, wherever you decide to take off your clothes, you need to look your best especially when there is nothing to hide behind.  Try  following these easy tips and you will look your best each and every time you strip down and bare all:

1.  Do 50 sit-ups each morning:  Forget your regular workout schedule, this one is a bonus.  A great way to start your day and get your abs in gear right from the start.  Once this routine is established you will find your stomach is much harder plus, mentally it keeps you making better choices throughout the day.

2.  Eat only lean high quality meats:  There is a lot of fat in meat and when consumed in excess it will make your body look soft and out of shape.  So next tie you are at the grocery store, make sure to buy the leaner cuts of meat.

3.  Increase water intake:  The best and easiest way to reduce bloating and improve your body fat% is by drinking at least 2L of water each day.  As long as you have a constant supply of water coming in, the body does not have to store so much and your cells will be less swelled giving you a leaner look and feel.

4.  Increase amount of cardio exercise you do:  When you are naked, all of your flaws are fully exposed and there is nowhere to hide and so you have to improve on your problem areas in order to look your best.  To do that find the time and make sure you do 45-60 minutes of cardio each day.  Once your body gets into this habit, it will retain a tighter feel about it and you will have more energy.

5.  Cut out all sugar and white refined products:  Making the switch to whole wheat or whole grain products will help to give you more energy and allow your body to make better use of your foods giving you a less bloated look.  Plus, cutting out the sugar will stabilize your blood-sugar levels, minimize cravings, and you wont have to suck in your stomach as much when your naked.
