
Everyone loves a 4th of July Cook-out and fireworks, but your recipe choices don’t need to be heavy and filled with fat and calories to be delicious. These kabobs are delicious on their own or with a light salad. There us nothing that tastes more like summer than fruit and meat on the grill.
Pineapple Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breast, cubed
- 2 cup Pineapple, cubed
- 2 cup Red Peppers, sliced
- 2 cup Sweet Onion, sliced
- 2 cup Green Peppers, sliced
Directions: Soak kabob skewers in water for 10 minutes, to prevent burning on the grill. Thread the skewers with the chicken, pineapple, onion, red peppers and green peppers. Grill skewers until chicken is cooked through, and is white in color. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Serve warm with a side salad.
