By making certain changes to your workout routine you can maintain improvements on a regular basis and continue to see progress.
The first thing you can do is change up your exercises. Over time your body will start to adapt to these specific movements. In order to continue to see improvements, you have to modify the exercises to stay in a constant state of change.
