Grocery Shop On A Budget: Save Money, Lose Weight And Eat Healthy: Shop With A List

Groceries are a necessity, but they can really effect your monthly budget.  In these uncertain economic times we all need to cut back on your spending and unfortunately that includes our food budget.  But saving at the checkout does not have to mean that you have to sacrifice taste and health.  Healthy and nutritious foods can be easy on the wallet as much as they are on the waist.

Stepping into the supermarket without a grocery list is a sure way to overspend and end up with rotten food by the end of the week.  Take the time to plan your weeks meals ahead of time and create a grocery list from your plan.  Keep in mind that leftovers make great lunches and that you can use the same ingredients many different ways.  A good meal plan will not only help with your grocery bills but it will also help with your weight.  Following a plan is a great way to make sure that you are not overeating as well that you are not throwing away rotten food at the end of the week.
