
If you are ever going to lose weight, you have to be consistent and put the time into it.The more weight you want to lose the longer it will take and you are going to encounter cravings along the way.If you’re hungry for something, eat it. Don’t deny yourself the simple pleasures.
But, eat only half of what you want. Losing weight shouldn’t be torture for anybody. You have to ask yourself: Is it more important for me to eat this entire tray of freshly baked cookies, or to look good on the beach next month? Only you have the answer to that question, and if you ignore logic, you’re going to hurt yourself in the long-run. Just take a bite or two, satisfy your craving, and move on. That way your cravings are satisfied and you are not depriving yourself of what it needs.
