1. Exercise for at least 40 minutes each day.
2. Sleep in a pitch black room and keep all electronic devices at least 3 feet from the bed.
3. Drink filtered water stored in glass rather than in plastic containers.
4. Use a loose cotton bra rather than an underwire bra.
5. Take a break every 2-3 hour throughout the day for at least 15 minutes to alleviate stress.
