We all have days when we feel a little bloated and heavy. Here a few tips to help you maintain your fashion sense even when you are not feeling your slimmest:
1. Use your cleavage. Take the attention away from your problem areas and focus instead on your bust is much more flattering, try wearing a plunging neckline or a V-necked top and stay away from crew neck and turtle necks.
2. Wear dark colors: Bright colors and small prints can accenturate your problem areas, try wearing dark solids on your porblem areas and then adding color to your assest insetad. For example if you want to hide your hips try a dark solid jean with a bright top to accentuate your chest instead.
3. Add accessories. The power of illusion is underestimated. A bold necklace will draw the eye up towards your face and away from your problem area.
4. Wear opaque tights. Dark opaque tights give your bottom half a toned and smooth look and are perfect under any dress or skirt.

If you love a drink or two each week (or maybe more) you may be sabotaging your weight loss goals without even realizing it. The problem with alcohol is that it is essentially just sugar and is filled with sugary calories, and many more calories than you would think. when you break down how much you are drinking in a week you may be surprised at how many extra minutes you need to spend on the treadmill to make up for the extra calories. Here is a chart to figure out how many extra minutes you need to spend in the gym.
1 shot = 65 calories = 8 minutes on the treadmill
1 glass of wine = 80 calories = 10 minutes on the treadmill
1 frozen daiquiri = 125 calories = 15 minutes on the treadmill
1 martini = 145 calories = 17 minutes on the treadmill
1 beer = 155 calories = 19 minutes on the treadmill
1 margarita = 175 calories = 21 minutes on the treadmill
This means that a night out drinking only 3 beers means you need to spend an extra 57 minutes on the treadmill - just to maintain your weight!
