Garlic is a miracle worker when it comes to heart health. Its toxic nature is very powerful and it works to cleanse the entire body inside and out. Garlic will help to neutralize the entire lymphatic system thereby allowing a more consistent flow of blood through the arteries with less clogging. Its cleansing power will also help to energize all of the body’s vital organs making for a stronger inner core.

Restaurants can be murder on a weight loss program. Without making the food, you really never can know what ingredients are in the food and this can be hazardous to your progress. Here are a few options that you should consider to stay on the safe side and keep your weight loss efforts in check:

If you are on a strict diet then you know how restaurants can be hazardous to your progress. Most people think ordering a side of vegetables is a healthy accompaniment to your meal. However, you may be surprised to learn how fattening those vegetables can actually be.
Most chefs will cook their vegetables in oils or add butter to make them taste good. Grilled vegetables are most often just as bad since they are brushed with oil and then more oil is brushed on after grilling to make them look more appealing. At the end of the day, your “fresh vegetables” can turn into a fatty sidekick. Your best bet is to order your veggies steamed as this is the only way to really save on all of the extra added fat.
