Peanut Butter Banana Sushi

Ingredients:
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter
- 1/8 Banana
- 1 tbsp Green Apple, chopped well
Directions: Flatten bread, and spread peanut butter across the bread. Slice banana lengthwise, into four pieces. Lay banana across bread. Chop apple into small cubes the size of raisins. Sprinkle with apple. Roll bread lengthwise, keeping banana in the centre. Cut into four pieces of “sushi”.
