In this role Rachel will guide and execute initiatives that align with One80’s organizational objectives, philosophy, and culture, with a focus on attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
Rachel joins us from Risk Strategies, where she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and was responsible for the New York region, Private Equity Practice, Captives and Risk Mitigation organizations. Prior to that, she served as Talent Manager for a Boston-based growth equity firm specializing in transformational growth in the technology sector.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in HR Management and has achieved her Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, underscoring her dedication to fostering inclusive workplaces and driving positive organizational change.
