Minimum Premiums

  • Workers’ compensation: $20,000

  • Package or mono-line property: $25,000 ($150,000 in New York)

  • PUGUSM/UMB that is not supported by property or workers’ compensation: $150,000

Available Coverages

The available coverages we have to offer for this program are:

  • All lines of coverage for licensed Assisted Living

  • All lines of coverage for Memory Care and/or Independent Living if submitted with affiliated Assisted Living

  • All lines of coverage for Continuing Care Retirement Communities

  • Mono-line workers’ compensation for skilled communities in all states EXCEPT: CA, DE, FL, GA, KY, MN, NH, NY, VT, WI

Submission Requirements

The submission requirements for this program are:

  • Completed ACORD applications for all requested lines of business

  • Current statement of values (preferably in Excel format)

  • Currently valued loss runs for the past five years (plus the current year)

  • Carrier required supplemental and activity-specific questionnaires

  • For fleet submissions, we can accept an Excel schedule as long as the required components are provided

Must-Have:

  • License in good standing

  • Good loss history

  • Adequate staffing & nurse staffing consistent with resident acuity

  • Minimum of 20 residents per community and 50 residents per account

  • 3 years in operation or highly experienced management team

  • RN or LPN on staff if Memory Care residents are present
