One80 now offers Contingent Liability for transportation risks throughout 46 states including CA! Minimum number of drivers required varies by state, and NC, NY, MD and SD are excluded. Contingent Liability is offered along with our Truckers’ Occupational Accident program which provides the owner-operator with the benefits they need to get well and return to work.
The program covers eligible driver classes for on-the-job injuries. Limited coverage is also included for non-work related claims and packages are available to include workers’ compensation coverage.
Occupational Accident coverage is available for one or more drivers nationwide with few exceptions. We also offer payment plans to follow driver schedule changes. While One80 provides Occupational Accident coverage to a wide range of trucking classes, risks such as haz-mat, hot shot, international, and commercial transportation non-trucking may have limited availability.

- Occupational Accident Application
- Driver list
- Account narrative
- 3 years of loss runs or loss letter for any prior lapses/no prior coverage
